These look like a pair of large curved surgical scissors, approximately 27 cm long, stamped
"THACKRAY ENGLAND STAINLESS STEEL".
The maker's mark Chas. F. Thackray Ltd began in Leeds in 1902 and became a major supplier and manufacturer of medical instruments. Its surviving catalogues and pattern books cover a wide range of surgical, date of these scissors is unknown but most likely 60s.
Condition is good with a slight bit of surface rust on one side as you can see in the photos but this can most likely be polished out because they are made of stainless steel.
